Company of Heroes: a net negotiation failure occured

hi i just got coh so i can join my friends online and play agianst each other , i upgraded my coh to 2.301, and loged in normally i noticed a lack of ping marking with a red X.hosted a game told my friends to join in but they never did . they told me a net negotiation failier occuring. the hosted up a game as i try to join their game the same message appers to me.so i set the game ports on my firewall same as on my router thats is thomson speedtouch 585v6 and my broadband speed is 6mb/s .turned off my avast antivirus so there will surley be no conflict.and still i get the same message, can you help figuer out the problem thanks.
