Need help with income tax problem

An older neighbor has asked what he can do about this problem, he is 70 years old and had 2 1099s show up from two years ago. Now IRS is asking questions and he does not read very well so is very frighened. After age 65 aren't you excempt from wages? Any help would be great.

Your neighbor needs to call a licensed CPA and speak to them. The laws vary from state to state.
