How to find out if site is legit?

I've been wanting to buy Ugg Australia brand boots online, since they're a lot cheaper than in stores but I'm kinda worried about this particular site.

The site looks empty and they only sell Ugg brand. They're offering free shipping worldwide right now, so seems like a really good deal

I know there are sites out there to run background checks on domain info or something, but I don't know how to interpret them.
So basically, I'm looking for help. If anyone can tell whether this site is legit or not, any ways of finding out more about their company?
