Lost W-2 Form....??
If I have misplaces a w-2 form from a few years ago, is there somewhere I can get a new one? This hasn't been filed yet.

The company you worked for should still have them. We keep ours for about 5 years back.

If not, you could probably call the IRS, if taxes were filed correctly, they would have that information on file on what was paid out, etc.

I just went through this. Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]. Download form 4506-t and instructions. Then you can print out the form and either fax it or mail it to the appropriate office. They will send you a transcript of all w-2s for the specified year(s)by mail. This only works for past years, not the current tax year(2007).
