bankrupcy

i am trying to find info on filing bankrupcy.i have no idea which chapter to look into . also what gets done ,is it worth it do you get to keep anything(house,cars etc..) please help anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know a couple people who filed before the change in law. You will have decide whether or not this is the right choice to make, and understand the consequences.

Bankruptcy laws have changed in the past two years thanks to president Bush. It's much much harder and now if you are trying to get out of any debts you might owe credit card companies you can forget it. He has made sure that those get paid no matter what.

Too many people were piling up and maxing out their credit cards and then filing bankruptcy and the president put a stop to that. So you will have to so some research to find out what is available to you if anything.
