Baffled Arrgh! Frustration! Or How to Troubleshoot Coupon Printer

I remember a few months ago, I printed a few coupons from Bricks.
For some reason, though, and I think it came when I updated to IE 7, but I may be wrong, I can't do it now. I don't even get the shield icon in my taskbar, which is what it tells me to click on. Most sites have the option, after I've tried to print, of having my coupon sent through the mail, which I do. But on some sites, it doesn't give me that option and so I can't get those coupons, which are sometimes better than the ones from my circular.

Please, does anyone have any idea what I might be able to do to fix this? The bricks site says it is in my settings but I don't know what to change to make it right. Thank you.

Hi,
If it's in your settings, check Enable Icons (or something similar) in your taskbar settings. If it's not checked, that might be why you don't have the icon there... let us know.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried adjusting settings but I honestly don't know enough about adjusting to do anything major with the computer! Thank goodness for system restore.

It most likely has something to do with spyware detector software, I run several different things.
