Very Sad News Today

Need a lot of prayers for this one everyone...

Today (Sunday) MyViperisRed and I went to church and found out that our associate/music pastor had died. He was playing hockey with friends and had chest pains, sat down on the bench to rest, and when he got up to leave, he collapsed and died instantly. They say it was a massive heart attack.

Everyone in our church is very close, and everyone is taking his death very very hard. He would be 43 next week. He leaves behind a wife and 3 children, around the ages of 10,7 and 2 and another little one is on the way this summer.

Please pray for the family and our church. Our senior pastor is his father in law. By the way, his name is Felix.

MyViperisRed and I could use your prayers as well, we were quite close to him. He was a very dear friend of Vipers and he was constantly helping us prepare for our upcoming wedding. Felix was handling all our wedding plans with the church and was doing all the music. He was such a dear friend and pastor, no one else could fill that place for us.

Again.. please pray. This has been a tremendously hard day as will the upcoming week be. The funeral is probably Thursday.

How very sad! Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I also hope and pray that his family finds the strength to get through these difficult days!
Just proves that life is so very short and we should all live each and every day to the fullest(because we never know when it will be our last).

That is such sad news. Such a young person still in his prime. How devastating for his family and for the parishioners. My sympathies to all.
