Tara, I'm so sorry for the difficult time you are going through. First and foremost, you need to stay healthy for your baby! As for finding a job, if a company does not hire you because you are pregnant and they do not want to grant maternity leave, then that is discrimination.....they can get into a lot of trouble for that. Hang in there, unemployment will help and somehow it will all work out. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!

Oh I am sorry hun. ((((big Hugg))))) I will be praying. You will be ok, you will get through this. It is always darkest before the dawn. The Lord loves you, He loves this precious baby. He will provide. We are here for you to support you. Please email me if you need talk. We have had 4 kids, and were poor each time. But Somehow, someway God always provided, and blessed us.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and thoughts. I'm just trying to deal with everything one day at a time right now.

I agree with Mayfly - God will provide. Remember, HE is in control (as much as we'd like to think that we are....) ![]() I will pray that you will find a job quickly, and that God will provide for your family. I will also pray that you and your hubby have peace about the whole situation. You should start looking right now. I've heard that it is easier to get a job if you already have one.... Have you thought of using the job boards? (monster.com, dice.com, etc.) They usually have a ton of jobs, but I don't know what kind of work you do..... Also talk to job placement firms and recruiters - it doesn't cost you anything and they sometimes know of jobs that aren't advertised. Remember that no matter what happens - you will be OK. God doesn't give us any more than we can handle. Sandy |
