| Prayer Request for Preemie.
My babysitter just had a baby 2 weeks ago. She was 5 months pregnant. She delivered a 1 lb 3 oz baby girl. I am trying to find her Snoopy items. Snoopy is the theme because the baby's godfather-to-be nickname was Snoopy. Keep the family in your prayers as they say the baby may have to stay in the hospital for 6 months.

Six months sounds like a long time until you realize there must be hope for the little darling if they are willing to put a timeframe on it. God takes care of babies.

I will be keeping the tiny angel in my prayers!!  Also some extra special prayers for the new mommy as I am sure it is trying on her as well!!

It was the baby's godfather (her uncle) and I'm not sure. Thanks everyone for your prayers, the family really appreciates them.

here is some hope for you: my DH niece was born at 24 weeks 10 years ago, mind you those days they predicted retardion, brain damage even. Best case for her was being a slow child with glasses. Well miracles happen Naomie spent 4 months in the hospital can home weighing 4 pounds! She was healthy and strong, yes she walked at 16 months and talked at 3 years but caught up by 5. Now at 10 she is one the of the top students in the grade level, tall (4ft 8inches) and in perfect health not even needing eyeglasses. Hoping for the best for the baby, what has she been named? |

My son was a preemie (by 6 weeks, though), but I can imagine what the family's going through. Will say a prayer for the little one and send good wishes your way.
