Prayer request for mental health

I have not posted anything in this section before.

My mental health hasn't been so great for the last five years.
Throughout this ordeal of my mental illness I have felt alone. Only one of my children has stood beside me with a genuine heart and she is twelve. I am finally climbing out of this mental illness that seemed to have lasted forever. During the harshest part of the mental illness, when I needed my loved ones the most, stomped all over my heart by telling me their true feeling and others abandoned me.

Please help guide me through my spiritual path so things won't bother me anymore. And give me the strength to make through another day and to keep my sanity.

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Something I want to share with you concerns the words of our mouths. The power of life and death are in the tounge. It by no means is easy, I still catch myself and have to correct my words. Don't give a strong hold to mental illness by claiming it with words like -my-.
