Please pray for me

Please pray for me. I have no money or food. I am disabled. My doctor is testing to see if my cancar has returned but I cannot afford gas to keep going to all appointments and for prescriptions. Right now just being able to get some food would be great.
Please pray that somehow I can get food or way to go to food pantry or somewhere.

My wish is for God to truly bless all of you on this list who take the time to read posts and answer and pray for people here. I was still having a bad time, I know there are people and places to help but sometimes I cannot get to them. Right now my car is in drive with no gas. Cannot go anyway, but it was not so cold either so I don't mind walking. I am now a victim of internet hoax and have to pay back a few checks or go to jail. I was ready to kill myself yesterday, and tried to get help but did not succeed. I am now trying to post coupons, books, toys and clothes for sale. I have new teachers books for home schooling,from grades preK to 6th grade.,a lot of coupons, and new Pirate of the Carribean toys for sale. Probably shouldn't post here but wanted to give you all the first opportunity and very best deal I can! You all helped me, if I could give you stuff for free, I would. I do have lots of pirate stuff and goodies I am throwing in for free. If you want anything or coupons, send info and envelope, I will load you up! I am feeling better and hopefull today because I seen my grand-daughter for first time since Sept.!! She is my life!! My reason to live and I thank-you all!! There must be a speacial place in heaven for all of you!! I love you all and sorry to post items here but wanted to help you all in return somehow. Thank-you June 72, i luv coupons,Utfann, PennStateCutie and any and all I might have missed. You all give good advice and I do try all those things. I live in Detroit and have tried food pantrys etc., they don't have much and they have more people to serve then they have money or resources. It is cold here and if I see a homeless man waiting for a bowl of soup, I make sure he gets the last of it or more than me, at least I have a house for now. There are so many people here who have it so much worse! I want to bring them all home with me. If I ever seen a woman or someone with kids, I would end up doing that. I have a spare room and want to help someone but do not know how. I am thinking of foster care but it is long process and I am under menyal care for stress, probably wouldn't look to good. My main problem is trying to make extra cash. That would solve a lot. I try to make it on less then my bills, not even fiquring in food and pet food. I have 2 dogs for protection, since I live alone and am getting rid of 1. Anyone who would want a nice dog? She is fixed and trained etc. I don't want to take her to pound because I think they just put them to sleep. Please, if anyone can take her? I am trying to sell things, people seem to make good on ebay but I do not do well. I wanted to ask a few of you about the coupons? Do you sell? I have been saving up a lot and am trying to get some everyweek, how, where do you sell? I have few brand new in box toys, listed on Detroit classifieds.Books, clothes etc. Any advice? I am looking for job., See money is the main problem, and when you are broke, that leads to more problems. There is a nice church I want to attend, they have support groups, no gas in car. ( Money again) I cannot list on CraigsList because I just recently rented a room to "nice" woman, who stole everything, I.D., dishes, DVD,s etc. I put her out and now she is harrassing me and threatening, now police and FTC are involved. (That is a whole other mess) Luckily, my credit is not good, but I gat email fraud scams everyday and have to forward to FTC. gov., hope they help me. Do I get your heads spinning, or what?! I keep telling myself God only gives as much as you can handle?..but he must think I am Superman! More and more everyday!! I wrote letters the other nite to say goodby, to son and Dakota(grand-daughter), even drove to Fowellerville and said bye to step son, was taking every pill, I could find, darn pills didn't do much..I know God does not like suicide, but I fiqure he must understand..and I also just fiqure a fast car accident will do it, go about 100, hit cement bridge, no other cars, would not hurt someone else. NO big deal, that is my back-up plan.. I'm still trying guys..if anyone could give advice to sell coupons, books, clothes, toys, Lots of Pirates of the Carribean stuff, new.GPS.I can take pics too, or if anyone in MIch needs to rent a room, soon to be whole house, because I am losing that, but someone nice? honest? and free dog? Well guys, I thank-you all, people say they are never bored when I am around, LOL I pray for you all too, and I try your advice but Detroit is a poor city, not much resources. If anyone can advice on how to sell or make extra cash, that would help me a lot. Money does not buy happiness..but without it, you get so many other worries, trying to keep heat & phone now. Linda, we do serve a merciful God! But killing yourself is not the easy way out! That will lead to eternal misery!

I do not sale coupons or much of anything else for that matter! I have struggled more than people know, but I have found that if I give all my troubles to God and stand back out of the way and let Him work........that He will show up right on time! Have faith and trust God He will get you thru!!

You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I'm so sorry you're going through such a difficult time right now. I will keep you in my prayers. In the mean time, do you work with a social worker? With your medical conditions the hospital or your doctors should have (or should) make one available to you. There is a wealth of information and assistance available through them. Be as candid with them as you have been with us.

Being from Michigan myself, I know the economy is horrible. The entire nation is now unfortunatley experiencing the recession and loss of jobs that we have been burdened with for several years. Detroit has been hit particularly hard.

Many churches offer shuttle service, or will have a member of the congregation pick you up to attend services. Don't let gas money hold you back...God will find a way to get you in church if you reach out to him and others. You will find a wealth of support at church...spiritual and otherwise.

We hold you in our Prayers.As for Medications talk with your DR.s they can help with either samples or if you require meds beyond what they can give you in samoles they can write a letter of need for you to the pharmacial company that makes the medications you take.Social workers from the local cancer center or any charity counceling center in your area can help if you call them.Please keep posting! Wish we lived closer so we could be of more help.
