Hi! This is my first posting so in addition to requesting prayer, this is my top favorite freebies site!
I am requesting prayer to lose weight as I am trying really hard to cut back on my eating and make myself get on the treadmill for 45 minutes every day! I want to lose 85 pounds!
Also, I am requesting for wisdom for unanswritten requests.

Hi prayerbear! Glad you like the site!
You got my prayers and I am with you! I just gave in prayer at my church for me to loose weight! So far I have lost 10lbs! I'm so excited with that and I am praying to loose some more! I want to reach 199lbs! I have been in the 200's for way to long! I will pray that God give you the desire to do this and I know He can and will! Also prayers for your other request!

Good for you both - for making it known outside your mind that you'd like to lose weight 'cuz that's putting out your intention's to meet your goal.

I pray that each day will become easier to follow a healthier lifestyle so you both may live longer.

Nice try......

"Grilled" is a better health choice than "Fried" anyday!

But Tomatoe's do have antioxidants (that fight cancer) in them - so "who knows, right" - LOL?
