Our IVF cycle was cancelled a week ago this past saturday due to lack of response (by my body) to the meds... We ended up converting to another IUI (which we've already done 3 of previously). It's just so unfair

Our IUI results came back positive, but I started spotting/bleeding later that day. I ended up having a chemical pregnancy (or early miscarriage at 4 weeks - the same day we found out we were pregnant). As my DH puts it, it was fun to be pregnant for a day...I know God is in control and He wants me to trust Him, I'm just not sure how much longer he's going to ask me to wait to meet my miracle...

I know it's a step in the right direction, as we've never even made it that far before (this was the first positive we'd ever gotten), so I'm not really sure what the next step will be. I have a follow-up to my miscarriage on Sept 11th. On the positive side, at least we know that DH's swimmers WILL fertilize my eggs...

thanks misothere - things went pretty well, but the Dr. kept basically giving me the "time is not on your side" speech, even though I'm only 27!! It's because certain hormone levels are showing that I may have diminished ovarian reserve or prematurely old eggs... We're going to try one or two more IUIs (with injectable meds) before moving on to IVF again.

Bless your hearts! I don't know what you all are going thru but I am trusting the Lord to see you thru it! Waiting is hard, but keep hanging in there because He truely does know what you are going thru! Your time and miracle will come right on time. Many prayers for you both!

Sorry I haven't been here in a while......life has sure been busy!

Doing ok...I found a lump last week while doing a self-exam, so I have a mammogram on Wednesday to make sure it's nothing (which my dr. seems sure of). I guess they say, "when it rains, it pours..."
