Perhaps the last company wasn't "where he should be working" & it's meant to be that he has interview at another company.

PLUS - Future interviews are a good sign!

Continued prayers that the "right" job will come along soon. One he'll love and will fill your needs. Sometimes we have to go through a little to get where we're supposed to be, or it sure seems like it.
