Please Remember My Family in Your Prayers

This isn't as urgent as some of the request I've seen, but it's urgent to me.
A few months ago my fiance was hurt at work and out of work for a month or so causing us to get behind on our bills. We were almost caught up on everything, but our landlord got tired of waiting..... We are being evicted.
We do not have the money to move and don't know what to do. We have three kids and Christmas is just around the corner so it's putting great emotional and financial strain on us, trying to deal with this right now.

Please pray that God will open a door for us and things will get better
I don't know how much more I can take.
It seems that things just keep getting worse.

Many prayers for you, your fiance' and your children, that things will get better. Is there any chance that if you called your legal aid/legal services, they could help you get more time to catch up? That's just not right. Please let us know how you're doing...

Where I live even if I was paid up or had never done anything to be evicted if he wanted us out we'd have to move.
I'm also trying to be cooperative about it because my father is a pastor and the landlord is one of the deacons of ourr church sooooo.......
I don't wanna cause hard feelings or problems in the church or for my dad.

I FEEL for ALL of you who are having financial difficulty & are facing eviction (espcially around the holidays).
BUT - also remember seasonal jobs are everywhere!!

I strongly urge you to contact ANY & ALL agencies in your area (especially if heat is needed - like New England)!

I've heard there are Laws that they can not evict Renters in cold weather, before legal letter's ETC... are done.

At age 27 I "bought a condo" & got laid off 3 month's later (after working at Co. for 7 years) & spending my 401K savings, & losing child support. So I worked at nursing homes, washed dishes whatever... & when I started a FT job at a state job - my car got totalled in an accident on my 2nd. day.....(My daughter & I were fine, thank God)!
I found a car pool person, kept the job - but lost the condo & went bankrupt without having charge card bills!

My 3 yr old & I wouldv'e ended up in a shelter if it hadn't been for my parents having a place for us to stay & save & get our own place again. (Dad & a sis' babysat for free at nights so I could work a 2nd. job & save enough to get my own place again)!

giggley...........if it hurts you then it hurts God! It doesn't matter if it is a hangnail...........it is IMPORTANT TO GOD! It is a urgent need! God said he would meet our needs and I know that he will meet yours! Trust the Lord to supply a home and Christmas for your children. God WILL open another door for you and your family. Trust him and walk by faith! Don't walk by what you see........when you get down and out say....... God, I know you know what you are doing even though I don't see a way out of this........I KNOW that you ARE bringing us out! I'm walking by faith and I am putting all my trust in you!
You and your family will be in my prayers! Trusting God with you and knowing He WILL supply for you! Now please don't ever think your prayer is not urgent ever again. We serve a big and mighty God!!!!!

laeaton.........your family is in my prayers also! God can provide for both of you at the same time! He IS listening to you too! He says to ask from the heart and I know both of you are! As I told giggley.........I am telling you walk by faith and know that God is listening and HE IS GOING TO MOVE! He will provide!!!!!!! I know when the world is falling around you it is hard to look up......but look up and trust Him he is standing there with His hand outstretched saying.........I am here call upon me and trust me!

Trust in God and we'll be praying for you both. We've been so close to being homeless, it scared heck out of us and we do walk in faith, sometimes we wish He didn't trust us so much But, right before we got to the point that we couldn't pay our rent anymore, another apartment "appeared" that we could afford - out of the blue. We'd actually gotten to the point of asking our local police department where it was safe to park the car to live in, that nobody (including the police) would bother us. Needless to say, we never needed it, so keep your faith and beliefs, God will help you, and we'll keep praying for you both!
Yes, there is a program, I live in New England but I "thought" it was all over the place, where they could not turn off your heat or electricity, but you need to fill out a paper telling them that, and you'd get it from probably either the electric company (can't remember who sent it to us this year) or Social Services in your area. Try those and also whoever supplys your heat, as I say the Electric company because we have total electric here, but that's not everyone.
Besides that, know there are friends here that are praying for you...........

Giggley & Laeton, are there any updates? Miracles "really do" happen if you "believe" in them. I still am in total awe of my brother's progress physically being almost dead.

I got a dollar bill one night that somebody wrote "BELIEVE IN GOD" & I saved it!! That was just a day or two before the whole "turn around" for my bro' which has "made me a believer"! (Sorry, I'm not "passing THAT buck") - LOL!
