I'm having back surgery

Hi all...

Thank you all so very much for the prayers and well wishes. I'm still healing, but boy do I feel like a new person. The pain in my legs is gone. Except for this horrible cold weather (making me achy), I'm feeling great. Next week I go to the Dr again for post-op follow-up and should be getting my PT plan then. Until then, I'm just working at not falling down and not overdoing anything. I'm getting tired quickly these days, but to be without the pain from before surgery, a little tiredness is okay.

I'm so happy you're doing better and the surgery was a success. Its wonderful news for me since I'm having back surgery tomorrow (4/7) for a Hernia disk. as a matter of fact the same one as you. Please pray everything will go well, if it will relieves the pain & pressure in my foot that in itself would be nice. but this is the 1st phase. I have been told it can hernia again and after reading here I'm sure that is a correct statement. I have had this for the last 2 years and they just located the problem with an MRI...why they don't run one when the problems begin is beyond me! It would be less expensive to do so then to wait the 2 years for the pressure to build to an intolerant stage. But who can explain insurance companies? Not me. But I wanted to request the prayers. I can't get enough of those. Thanks to everyone...By the way I'm new here. I found this while searching for a prayer for surgery. thanks to all

Tons of prayers I had this surgery 19 years ago I do have some problems sometimes when it flares up on me but that only happens once in a great while. Some people like me do great after this surgery hopefully you will to.
