Please pray for my friend......
"Met" Virginia 3+ yrs ago in a chat room, she's a great "online friend".
She went for a routine mammogram, they found something and repeated the test a few days later. Results weren't good. After making sure her heart was strong enough (she's had multiple bypass surgeries,etc) they performed a biopsy.
Again, the results were not good! She's been referred to an Oncologist (meets with the Dr. this Thursday) to discuss options,etc .... The test results have already been sent to the office and theyr'e leaning towards a mastectomy/chemo. Apparently, the cancer is localized and the mastectomy/chemo should (crossing my fingers) work.
She is a devoted mother and grandmother , please remember her (and the family) in your prayers.

Virginia had her surgery and is recouperating ......not sure when she begins chemo. treatments.
