Angry anyone having trouble getting into memolink?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in? Its been 3 or 4 days that I havn't been able to get in.

I have had that problem before and I have had to clear my cookies before it would let me in.

Memolink had posted that they would be upgrading servers, expected to be done on Tuesday. I suspect that, as with any remodeling project, it took longer than expected...

Baffled Memolink...please!!

Been having trouble off and on for weeks now. I can sometimes log in okay, then other times I get a pop up which says, sorry, you have reached linkshare. I tried clearing my cookies - sometimes works sometimes not. Hope they get it fixed soon. Can anyone post their contact info for me?

The first thing to do if you are having trouble logging into Memolink, is to clear your cache. The process of clearing your
cache is different depending on the browser you use (AOL, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.). If you need
instructions, please include the type of browser you are using in your help request. Don't forget to include the version
(4.0, 5.0, 6.0, etc.).

(Note that clearing cache is different from clearing cookies)

They don't give an e-mail addy for CS (just a form to submit), but here's CEO info, maybe that will get some attn!
