I cashed out for a webcertificate on April 24th. I emailed them and got a response on June 24th saying:
"We apologize for the delay in receiving your WebCertificate redemption. As you are aware, we have been undergoing major changeovers which has made a large contribution to the delay. We are currently awaiting the delivery of WebCertificate redemptions for March, April, and May. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are diligently working to process the backlog of requests. We hope to this matter resolved by the end of the month. Once this has been complete, we will immediately return to our fast prize fulfillment!"
I still haven't received it.
