| I am about to cash in some Milesource miles for a Webcertificate, but have a question about how to use it. If I have a $50 web certificate but want to buy something that's only $35, does the rest remain at Webcertificate as a reduced-value certificate? What if I want to buy something for $60? I noticed that for a charge I can add dollars to the value of the certificate, but only in even dollar amounts. Their FAQ are not particularly helpful, so any advice would be nice. Thanks!

| Yes, any amount unused stays in your Webcert account. Remember that you can use the webcert just like a CC -- you can earn points for shopping thru RP's and using your webbie, and you can combine it with coupons. Hope this helps! |

| You can add dollars to your WebCert account, in even dollar amounts. You're right about poorly written FAQs, I got "bitten" the first time I tried -- you have to add the $1 service charge along with the dollar amount you want to show up in WebCert. For example, if you need to add $20 in value to WebCert, add $21 total -- they take $1 service fee and your balance added is $20. Be sure to check what their service fee currently is -- at the time, it was $1, but may have increased since I last checked. |
