wrote them that it would not let me redeem kept sayin that i needed more points when i had more than enough----just got an email from them----let them know what i wanted and the would manually put it in-----it was worth writing in case anyone is having the same problem--

I have been waiting for months and months to be able to cash out and did not get ANY response from the emails I sent, not until yesterday. I sent them an email and explained how frustrated I was with not being able to cash out and even more frustrated with the non-responses to my emails. I got the same email you got, gardenerpat. AND I HOPE that I get my GC one day too!

Some time ago I also posted the same message about Millers. It took me some time to get my Amazon $10 GC - nearly a year. It took ThEM nearly 4 months to fulfil it - incredibly, but I got it finally in May. You know what I did for it? I kept bombarding them with the messages from this or that forum saying how they suck. At long last, that was effective. I guess sooner or later they will be another Funnymoney - but you'll never know if you can deal with them from BBB.org, since they are from Australia.
