 Does anyone Know what is going on with Fat SHoe?
Okay I do come here everyday and I do not remeber a post about Fat Shoe not being in business, However I have tried to get into the site without luck. I did email them. I was wondering if any of DODers know what is going on Thank you

Fat shoe emailed me and told me that I had an over draft of $167.00 , I never used my fat shoe card. I tried to explain that to them but they would not listen. I also asked why they did not notify me. The response was.. That they could cancel for any reason. I still would like to know why they didn't notify me that someone was using my acct #. Probably someone hacked the account, but they refuse to give any info. Thats bad business if you ask me.

I am not able to access my account at all. I had read on another board that someone had problems with overdrafts also and their account was closed due to "abuse" seems that all those "free" magazines were trying to charge this persons card. I did use mine for the magazine offers, but did cancel as the cards came in the mail. I am now afraid to email fatshoe, I sure do not want to find out this has happened to me....I would just love to get my info out of there. Good luck and keep us posted on what you find out.

Phone them at 1-888-481-0027 they told me they had a glitch in the system and straighten it right out. Hope this helps some of you.

it wont let me log in either. I told them that my wallet was stolen with my card in it and i they said they cancelled the acct but i thought they meant just the card itself, but apparantly they cancelled the entire acct. oh well, it said i had a 0 balance anyways, cuz they charged me a fee for inactivity. donna

| To all of you that cant get into your acct!!!!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, dont take it for granted that it is a fatshoe problem. First of all, try using your email addy with the password of janet. If you read that post about the hacker you know what i am talking about. and try clicking on forgot password and see if that does anything. maybe this B!@#h has moved on to fatshoe. who knows. but since you can only have one acct there being that it goes by your email addy, try using your email addy with that password that i mentioned and see if it works. even if it dont, keep hounding fatshoe about it and see what they say. donna
