Cash in your MYPOINTS before May 31

That means, the prizes/certificates that you can trade in your points for will cost more "points" starting May 31. So, if you have points to cash in ... you might want to do it soon.

Thanks for the heads up! I wouldn't have known about it otherwise, and I was wondering about some of the other posts here that seemed to indicate something was up but didn't say this outright. Thanks again!

Usually just a few of the prizes are increased, but it's a real bite if you've been saving and you're like 100 points away. It's a bit manipulative on their part I think, because I'm sure their motivation is to get people to go for some of the bigger point offers in a hurry. My advice is to NOT rush to get the higher point offers at this point because their crediting process is very iffy. Sometimes they credit right away, sometimes they throw a wrench at you and say "These points will be available in 30 days." May 31st is a lot closer than that, so don't be taken by the "get big points fast" thing. My Points is a very credible company, and the only points program I really "spend" at, but I never forget, they're a for profit company!

I didn't see that notice on the Starbucks or Tower records pages (to begin with), so I think it's probably the more popular ones, like Home Depot and the 'R Us ones that are increasing...sigh, it's still not fair though! Kath
