Can Anyone Offer any "Pearls of Wisdom" on Miller's Reward Shop?

Is anyone still doing Miller's Reward Shop? It has been WELL over two months now(maybe three months) that I have been unable to cash out, the same message is posted from April 18th with no update, they do NOT answer emails, but there are still some points available.

WHAT IS THE DEAL HERE?

Is it time to give up? I surely hate to lose my $5O GC that I have been trying to redeem for what seems to be forever!

Any ideas?
