Webcertificate.com problems

I wonder if any of you guys have logged on to webcertificate.com to claim your reward from mypoints.
I can do log on but once I clicked on any of their links, I always get 'Page cannot be displayed'.
Has anyone encountered this problem recently?

I claimed one yesterday a.m. with no problems. Maybe try again tomorrow and if you still can't get it to work, call Web Cert's customer service; they are usually pretty helpful. Good luck.

But my problem sounds worse....Saturday, I clicked on the mypoints link to claim my certificate. Accessed it fine, & created an account. On Sunday--I go back to site so I can use my account. When I enter my email, it says it is NOT IN DATABASE!!! I use a couple of different emails, thinking maybe I plugged one I normally don't use, but nothing. So I freaked, how did I create an account on Sat, & it be gone on Sunday, right?? I deleted the mypoints claim email, thinking everything was all set to go, so I can't access thru there. I called up their customer service-- but she couldn't help me--she said the computer techs were gone & probably not back till Tuesday & she took down my name & # so they'd call me back.

Keeping my fingers crossed.....my w.c. was for $75!!

I just tried logging into my Blink account, & it says they have no record of my email!! What is going on! I just used it yesterday w/ no problems!!! This is starting to freak me out !

I claimed a webcertificate from MyPoints on 5/24 with no problem. I just went back to Webcertificate today to see if I could get in and everything was fine. I think I would definitely contact Cust Serv on Tuesday!!

I claimed a webcertificate from MyPoints on the other day with no problem. I just went back to Webcertificate today to see if I could get in and everything was fine. maybe they had a glitch and had to use a backup copy of database. check with them. i'm still howver waiting for a webbie from memolink since february.

Webcertificate.com is worse. I can get thru their website but can't click on anything in there. I don't really know if it has something to do with my reinstallation of windows 98 in my pc or installation of Norton Anti-virus. Gosh, I'm getting crazy with these MyPoints program. I was also sent a gc from MyPoints silver rewards but after trying to make an order, it said that it's an invalid order and also said that I have to checked my information.
I have not encountered anything like this from Milesource.com and especially so with GiftCertificate.com.
Can anyone pls. explain what's goin on?

What the ****?I am also getting the exactly same screen after i click on anything on there site.This was not like this before.I think it has something to do with my recent installation of win98sec edition........But i could be wrong still.

One more thing i noticed that whenever i am brought to the "page cannot be displayed"page, there is a 'https' written in the beginning of the link present above on that page,and if i change that to a 'http' i.e. by removing the 's' ,then the page works,damn thats strange.......

So i thought that it must be the IE5 i am currently using,But then u downloaded the newest version of netscape and even that doesn't take me in......

So what to do?

What version of IE do you have? Is it 5.5 or 6.0 (as in uh oh)

Check the value of cipher strength (Help, About Internet Explorer.

The "s" in https means secured server.

Well i had 5.5 with 56-bit cipher strength before ur message ,
But after that i updated it to the latest version i.e. 6.0.2600 with 128-bit CS

But the problem still remains

This is bad,i've got 40$'s worth of webbie's waitin' for me in my emails,but just because of this problem,i can't put them in my account

So what should i do now?

but only on AOL mail. I claimed a certificate in hotmail and it was fine. Using same puter for both. I kept signing off aol mail and back in again until it finally brought the page up but it was sooooo slow.
