My Points - Email for 50 points

Just got this in an email:

I'll get 50 Points for registering and receiving a coupon
for free PureTouch filters for 1 year. I'll be under no
obligation, and I'll get 5 Points for reading this message
and visiting Moen.

All it asked for was my name and email address and the "Congratulations, you rec'd 50 points" screen popped up.

Looking for more MyPoints e-mails?? Change your e-mail address!

I had to get rid of my Lycos e-mail account - they have absolutely the worst spam filtering in the world. Anyhow, I switched to a Yahoo address and changed my e-mail address with MyPoints. I received between 5-7 e-mails from them a day for 2 weeks! I could not believe it! Apparently they have a whole bunch of e-mails set to automatically send with new users/new e-mail addresses. It was wonderful!

If you're in a position to change your e-mail address (which everyone should be because everyone knows you should be using a disposable e-mail address for these rewards programs anyhow) change it.
