New FTM program launched!
Welcome to the new Frequent Tryer Miles program!

We would like to thank you for your patience while waiting for the new Frequent Tryer Miles program to become available. The new program offers a wide variety of Free Gifts to choose from for the low shipping and handling fee of $5.93 per item. To make it easier for you to receive gifts we have added a new lower FTM level that requires only 1000 FTMs to be redeemed in order to be eligible for a Free Gift.

You may order as many Free Gifts as you like given your current level of FTMs, without exceeding your current FTM level while ordering.

While this is the first phase of the new FTM program we intend to offer other FTM levels in the future, which will offer an even greater selection of gifts.

I think their nuts!! I have almost 13000 points and all i see is stuff for the 1000 level. You can buy a lot of that stuff for $5.93 per item fee. This stuff doesnt seem worth it to me. I am very disappointed with them.

Does anybody see any other levels besides the 1000 point? Let me know. Of course if they do have one they will probably jack the handling fee up to cover the cost of the item.

I think you don't really want to know what I think of their new so called program. This is a family site. Anyway, I think this is a big crock of ****. Offering us the same junk as My Free Present, charging us shipping and miles too. What a waste of my time at this site!

What the---? I definitely won't be wasting any more time at their site. Last month I finally received some Muppets books I ordered from them last summer. If I'd actually paid anything for them, I'd have been even more furious. $5.93 s/h is a SCAM.

I am with you how in the heck do you find anything in other levels besides the 1000 point one?? Those are some cheap cruddy gifts that are NOT worht the 5.93. What a joke

I agree! They're crazy! And another thing! Everytime I go to their site they don't have any samples for me , just for other people. It's been at least 6 mos. since I've gotten any samples from them. Bah!

Right now, all they are offering are "prizes" for 1000 points. I agree that the $5.93 s& h fee is too much for these items. They are not even worth that much!!! You can get these same items from other sites for only $3.95 s&h. What a joke!!

I have to admit I'm really not surprised. I did not expect much and I'm not disappointed. They have been putting people off for many months now and making promises over and over. I would suggest everyone send them an email telling them how disappointed you are about their redemption program.

I agree. Do some of you remember what a great site it used to be?? I got books, a check for $50.00, six months of goumet cooking mags, etc. and really liked and respected them. Now... they really stink!! They used to respect their members, but they sure don't anymore. Since DOD is associated with them maybe passing along our feedback will remind them that everyone deserves respect.

Who am I to buck a trend? I think this new program stinks too. I haven't been able to "qualify" for any samples for months and now they want money for me to collect rewards. Oh well, now I have more room in my "Favorite Places", since Start Sampling is definitely no longer one of them.

I haven't even looked at the stuff yet (LOL now I'm afraid too after reading all these posts!) but such a steep shipping charge is ridiculous...they'll be making money off of us as well as off of the companies to whom our feedback is given... Kath

I'm with you guys! Seriously, they make us wait for like 6 months and in the meantime ask us to continue visiting their site so they can make a profit off the sponsors and then they ask us to pay over $5.00 per item that we would like to redeem our points for.

I have over 7,000 points and I've been waiting for a long time for a good gift instead of something I could find at the dollar store...and now I can only redeem my FTM for 1,000 items?!?
