It seems to have been too long for me too. I wrote to them before cashing in and asked if there was any problem with Supercerts, since I'd heard they were having some difficulties (from Sklif). They told me there was no problem, now I may need to hold them to it! Mary |

There are some weird things going on. I just got a $25 Supercert, but like the last time I redeemed for one, I didn't hear anything from Milesource in the 3-4 weeks it's supposed to take. Both times I had to write to them. This time, they just told me when the order went over to giftcertificates.com, so I had to relay that info to them and ask, "Where's my GC???" I got it immediately after that, but a weird thing happened when I went to GC.com to order a gift certificate with the Supercert. The order went through but I got an email from customer service telling me that my credit card didn't go through and that I should contact them with a new number. Of course, I didn't use a CC, since it was a free SuperCert from Milesource. When I wrote back about that, I got my GC right away but also another response from them asking for more information. Strange. All in all, it's not what it used to be, and I think it's mostly GC.com that's the reason, even though no one wants to say they're in financial trouble. These games they play aren't reassuring in the least. If you wrote to Milesource about your Supercert, just remember that they don't seem to work on weekends, so your response may not come immediately. I never had a problem with them not responding. I am still waiting for mine. cashed for hollywood video rentals and have been waiting for 2 months. emailed them and they said it could take awhile but this is ridiculous

Hey, I cashed in my points for movie tickets at the beginning of December '01 and still haven't received a durn thing. A friend of mine who also ordered the same tickets has emailed Milesource a couple of times. They told her the tickets were on their way, but that was weeks ago! I emailed them yesterday and have yet to receive any reply - even the 'bot confirmation that they've received your query. Supposed to take 4-6 weeks: they didn't tell me that was Jupiter time. Humph. In comparison,my order from MyPoints took 3 weeks to receive. |

I redeemed my points for movie tickets at the beginning of December. Seven weeks later, I emailed them asking when I could expect my tickets to arrive. I received the following reply two days later: "Thanks for your email. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your redemption order as of yet. We've checked your redemption order, and saw that it has been processed and sent to our redemption partner for delivery. Please note that it can take between 6-8 weeks or longer for the tickets to be delivered. However, with overwhelming amounts of ticket redemptions by our Milesource members, we were told that it can take longer than the above mentioned date. We would sincerely appreciate your patience until your order arrives via mail. Thank you for your interest in Milesource.com." That message was received in January. As of today, I still have not received my tickets! I am no longer doing Milesource, since it is taking so long to get my redemption.
