| Mypoints Account disabled
Has anyone had their Mypoints account disabled for any other reason than clicking on a link that goes directly to the blue screen of death? My wife has tried to get into Mypoints account, but says her account is disabled. I think she has only signed up for offer that came to her email and nothing else that I can think of that would even be remotely considered questionable or would raise a red flag. Anyone have contact number to reach Mypoints? Thanks!!!! |

here is the number when I had problems that I had to call. It is not toll-free but worth it if that happened. 1-415-676-3700. Ask for Joe if they answer. I cant remember the button ya have to push but it will give you options.

Did you try e-mailing them? I know someone else (can't remember who) either on this board or another called and got ripped into by the customer service rep. Apparently MyPoints would rather e-mails be sent than phone calls.. Karen W.

yes I had my account disabled because I cashed in some points and they weren't sure if my account was legitimate...so they made me fax a copy of my drivers license so they could confirm the mailing address....I pretty much did this via email back and forth..and then they reactivated my account. Just have to be persistent and email for updates to make sure they will get someone working on the issue...I had to email them at least 3 times after faxing the info for them to reinstate my account.
