Sklif not responding?

Is anyone else having trouble with this site? I don't mind waiting for my rewards to get here , as long as I know I'll get them. But I have no idea if I'll ever get them from sklif.I've e-mailed them a couple of times and have gotten no replies. Has anyone recently received any prizes from them....the hollywood video coupons.... anything?

I have gotten several hollywood coupons from them in January. I ordered a dvd in november and havent got it yet. I emailed them a few times and i just barely recieved a reply that they did not have my last name on file (??? I am not sure how I received the other things then.) So I updated my file and they said that they would start processing my order. Very interesting, but hopefully I will eventually get the dvd.

All of us in my family play and we've gotten lots of stuff from Sklif in the past - the boom box, the tea light, the ionizing hairbrush, the little Polaroid camera, and numerous Supercerts. Lately, they seem to be having some problems, but I think they're an honest program and will do the right thing. I'm still playing as much as I have time for, I'm optimistic and am saving up now for the shower CD player. I figure by the time I have enough points for that, they will have solved their problems.

I have heard every excuse from them than you can imagine for why they haven't sent my certificates that I cashed out for last September. You'll never get anything from them.

Give it up and chalk it up to experience.
