LOL! I found an EXPIRED Max at MyPoints?

I found MAX in Free Shipping at 7:40AM, PST and I clicked on him. BUT this is the message I got instead of a blue screen with points:

This award has expired. No Points can be awarded at this time. (Most Point awards are available for a limited time.)

I never got that before!! IS THIS A NEW THING or I was just never the lucky recipient of this 'lovely' message?

I never did find him yesterday! AND I tried again and the same thing happened. I emailed MemberCare and my email came back to me saying that MemberCare was "disabled", whatever THAT means!!

If you write to Member Care and explain, they should give you the points...they've done that with me in the past.

Make sure messages are going to both:

Same thing happened to me, so I e-mailed them. I got an automated e-mail back, telling me they would get back to me on it.
