I found MAX in Free Shipping at 7:40AM, PST and I clicked on him. BUT this is the message I got instead of a blue screen with points:

I never did find him yesterday! AND I tried again and the same thing happened. I emailed MemberCare and my email came back to me saying that MemberCare was "disabled", whatever THAT means!!
