| I cashed out at Milesource for a SuperCertificate from GC.com on February 18th(five weeks ago to the day) and have not heard a thing since I got a confirmation email from Milesource on the same day. So I wrote to Milesource on Friday and received the following form letter today: Thank you for your e-mail. Your redemption order is currently pending, and awaiting approval verification from Milesource. When you Cash In your AwardMiles for a SuperCertificate it can take up to 3-4 weeks for you to receive it. You will receive an e-mail from Giftcertificates.com. In that e-mail you will then be asked to select your merchant and if you would like to receive the gift certificate via US postal mail or via e-mail. If you have any further questions regarding Milesource.com feel free to consult the Help section of our website at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] (you can copy and paste this into your browser), or feel free to e-mail us and we will be more than happy to address any concerns that you may have. Thank you for your continued loyalty. Best regards Five weeks seem like a REALLY long time to hear absolutely nothing. Anyone have any recent experiences cashing out with Milesource? Should I sit tight and wait or write to them again since they state it takes 2-4 weeks and it is now five? THANKS for any help or suggestions you might have! ![]()

| I would contact them right away, and point out in your e-mail that you wrote them previously and were advised that the max would be four weeks, and it is now five. I hate getting these "general" answers to a specific question. They obviously don't read the mail or else they wouldn't answer the way they do. Good luck!

| I am going to contact them today...I HATE DOING THIS...fighting for a redemption that should just arrive in my mailbox! AND my sons have redemptions ready to go too..guess they will all be a fight to get! THANKS AGAIN! Am still wondering if this LONG wait is the 'usual' now. Is there any DOD member who is experiencing these same problems or has had a LONG wait lately?

| I wrote to them yesterday morning and I STILL have not heard from them about this well-overdue redemption. GOT ANY IDEAS as to what to do next? THANKS!! I AM a bit overanxious for this one, thought I would have it by now and could spend it for the holidays. NO SUCH LUCK! ![]()

| I'm getting the same runaround on movie tickets, redeemed back on 10/31/01 when they were "on sale" for 2K points, haven't received yet. Multiple e-mails, all replies were "we were overwhelmed and are behind schedule." Yeah, like I couldn't figure THAT out! LOL Last e-mail in early March said "next few weeks," I'm not holding my breath. But I don't get as anxious and upset as others seem to get about these something-for-nothing redemptions, I just keep bugging the company until they either come through or I decide it's no longer worth my time. I've already gotten so much "unearned" stuff from test drives, surveys, MyPoints, etc. that I just shrug my shoulders about the occasional MemoLink-type falldown. |

| I am not sure if you meant Milesoruce or Memolink when you commented on my problem here. I have been waiting more than a year for some Memolink redemptions but with this $100 GC from Milesource I NEVER thought I would have such a problem! OH WELL! I am still waiting!!
