Well, here it is the end of February and you’re waiting for the revamped program to launch. Unfortunately, so are we. We have identified a partner to assist us with the initial phase of the program and we are still completing the necessary agreements and behind the scenes work to take our program live.

We could tell you about our intent and what we hope to do – but we’ve already done that in our last message. We are working to get this program buttoned up and launched for you. Rather than make you a promise we can’t be 100% sure of (no matter how hard we might be trying) what we can commit to, because it is in our control, is that we will:

1) Send an email announcement to every one of our members with more than 1,500 miles as soon as we complete the process and launch the expanded program.

2) Provide updates at not less than 2 week intervals as we continue the process of getting all the I’s dotted and T’s crossed – which means that as a minimum on Friday March 15 and then Friday March 29 we will bring you news up to the moment. Of course, if we are able to move as fast as we like and get the program up sooner or if there is news to share before those dates, we won’t wait.

Remember, what we are in the process of doing is expanding the FTM program for those of you who continue to support our community and give you new ways to redeem your Miles and reward you for all the loyalty you’ve always granted to us.

Our business is continuing to grow, although a bit slower than we all might have hoped – good things do take time to create. We’re still with you because we understood that it takes time to get America’s best brands comfortable with new approaches to talking with consumers. Just around the corner we know that our patience, and yours, will yield more opportunities than ever for us to share the continuing fun of Trying Something New.

As you’ll see by the number of new programs and samples that will start appearing as we enter March, the brand owners who are working with us to provide you with the opportunity to Try Something New are more excited than ever about StartSampling’s members and what you are teaching them about their products with your valuable feedback.

KUDOS to them for posting anything period. How many rewards programs have up and died and left you in the dark until it was too late? I give them credit for the informational update and what appears to be a sincere notion of continuing the program.

Thanks So Much for sharing...... wishing they would take care of it but...... Patience is a vurtue....although it has been quite a wait already. Futher I am not happy with the wording. I had just accumulated the 100,000 FTM's when this happened..... I was watching daily to "select" my prize. Now I believe I will have to pay something for something. VERY FIRST TIME I SAW THIS LETTER THOUGH AND I REALLY DO APPRECIATE YOU SHARING. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Only other thing I can say is maybe in the end they will be able to do as they have stated. This I expect. But have found that many are never able to do it. Hoping they will be able to come through as they should.
