Who rewards to Webcertificates.com?

Who, aside from MyPoints, provides Webcertificates (from webcertificates.com) as a means for cashing out points??

I earn about 1000-2000 points a day. so, it does not take longer than other places. Some of the clicks are worth 50-100 points (not as many as before but the still exist). They also have "slot machines" for some of the clicks which can add to your points, sometimes it is only 5 points, but I have also gotten 1000 points.

I used to get anywhere from 1800-2200 points per day from Blink. Now it is more like 600-800. There are only a few fast clicks with the slots these days and they sure seem to be pretty stingy with the points - I feel lucky if I get 5 points out of the slot.
