| Sklif
Does anyone else out there play sklif besides me? I am having problems with my redemption. I cashed in my sklif points for a $25.00 supercertificate thru giftcertificates.com several months ago. They say they are filled withing 4-6 weeks. After many e-mails to sklif and to giftcertifcates.com - I still am unable to find out what is going on. GC tells me that sklif should be able to find my certficate number and give it to me if it was ordered. The customer service person I spoke to also said that it is rumored that sklif is going under and trying to shirk their responsibilities. I received an e-mail from Jason Fuller who says he is the co-founder of sklif. He said he rarely gets involved in these things but decided to because I wrote such a detailed message. He swears my certificate was ordered and said they have the American Expresss receipts to prove it. They told me that GC.com is having finanical problems and that they outsourced their customer service department and everyone was still being trained. He gave me the name of the person at GC.com that he said he called and spoke to personally assured me I would have my certificate in a few days - that was about a month ago and I still have not received it. He said that they are not going anywhere and it is GC.com who is in financial trouble. Yesterday, I called the customer service person at GC.com that Jason quoted as speaking to, and all she would say is that she was waiting on a call from sklif that day. She was very hesitant and was very careful as to what she said to me. She told me all that I can tell you is that I am waiting for a call from Sklif. I asked her if their was a problem with Sklif and all she would say is that she is waiting for a call from them. I asked her if you get whatever it is straightened out will I get my certificate and she said yes. Nothing so far. I did e-mail Jason and told him that I was frustrated and it would not be good for there business as word got out that they are not fulfilling their prizes. I told him that they were paid by there advertisers and yet they are not fulfilling the prizes to the people that keep them in business. I did not get any response at all. Does anyone have any idea what this means and is there anyone else out there that plays this game for prizes and are you waiting also? It seems like I am the only one - but I know that is not possible. Is there a message board somewhere I can go to for more information where sklif players may post? I have put a lot of time into earning this prize and do not know what else I can do? Any suggestions? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

I wish I could help, but I have been waiting for my Shrek DVD since early November. I have not received it, and I have not been able to get anyone from sklif to even e-mail me back. I would understand if it took awhile to get here, but I would just like to know how long! BTW I have received several hollywood video coupons within a month. The only problem with those was that they expired less than a month after I recieved them and I won 7 of them. DH and I had a lot of movie nights! Good luck with your supercertificate... |

I sent on final e-mail to sklif today. Instead of my 25.00 supercertificate they said they would personally see to it that I receiveda $25.00 webcertficate. Guess what I received it today!! They said the problem is with gc.com on them They said that webcertificates.com was going to be their new partner anyway. This is great news for all who like to earn webcertificates. Although, it is not posted on their site just yet. It should be soon! So if you like to earn webcertificates - go play some SKLIF!!!! |
