Mypoints mastercard question

I'm wondering if I'm the only one who has not received the points mypoints promised during the holiday promotions. I recall that they said that points would be doubled for mastercard purchases over $400 up to the last day of December. They promised points would be credited between January and February. I charged alot during that time and have yet to see my owed points. I did email them...

All mastercard purchases or just the ones through mypoints? Were they doubling on the total statement purchase or just single purchases over $400? I don't remember the promotion, but I did charge over $1000 between November and December, not all in a single purchase, though.

It was for total purchases over $400 EACH MONTH. You had to charge $400 in November and/or December. I didn't make it in November, but did receive my points for my December purchases. If I remember right I got them around the end of January.

I think I got mine too. I had two credits for my account in Janury from mastercard--one on the 22 and one on the 26th. I couldn't figure out what the second one was for, but have decided that it was for that. It seemed to be more than I thought I should have received, but I won't complain. I'm still waiting on my credit for going on line and ordering. You were supposed to receive up to 5 points for ordering online. I wish I would have saved that email, cause I figure I will never get those points. And I can't remember if I should receive 3 or 4 more points per dollar spent. Anyone else save that email? Right now I am still trying(after about 4 emails) to get my 250 points for ordering from mag mall. They keep telling me that I have already got those points and I keep telling them that I haven't. If I ever get that straightened out then I will work on getting my points for ordering online.

Ohhhhhhh...is that where those extra points came from. I couldn't figure it out. I figured they just credited me twice and kept my mouth shut about it.

I haven't gotten points for an online purchase that I made through My Points in December. Made $112 purchase at REI, made sure I went through My Points, but have not gotten credited yet. I used a Master Card, but not a My Points MC. I too did not save the email stating how many points per dollar spent I would get. I really have to email them about this. Just got done arguing with them about other points that they didn't credit me, finally got the 500 points!
