Six weeks for a WebCertificate is a long time in my book. MAYBE I should redeem for GC's mailed to me? Hmmmmm, seems it would be easier to email a number then to use the USPS, but you never know.

Hey how did you get it soooo fast? I cashed out for a $15.00 Blockbuster GC on the 20th of january and checked my account last night and it said that the points are pending till february the 23rd. I just hope it comes soon after that.

I've been with them since they first began and previously the redemptions were superfast, but I redeemed points for two gas cards over a month ago and haven't received anything!! They always got things two me within two weeks.

I can never remember when it's time to cash in, so I just look at all the sites I'm interested in (Home Depot, Toys R Us, Barnes & Nobles, etc), and compare. There may be stores with better return for my points, but part of what makes a good value is being something I really want.

I wonder if they have to purchase the GCs, and then mail them to us.....it could account for some of the long waits on certain GCs.

If it is in "pending status", that means that they do not have the particular item in stock. I had that problem before. If you don't feel like waiting, call them to cancel, then order something different.

I ordered a B&N gc from them in october, but still have to receive it...
points did go off my total... I preferred it when they just emailed the Amazon and CDNow gcs.
