Unhappy Max expired again :(

I got the expired page again when I clicked on Max at 6:15 a.m. central time. Anyone find him anywhere else?

I wrote to MemberCare and complained. If Max is on the page for us to click on, they should reward the points for him....

Got an answer from MyPoints and they are working to fix the problem. Guess we will just have to keep trying. At least they answered and are working to fix the problem.

Membercare responded to my complaint and specifically advised that they would credit my account with 50 points...guess it just depended on who go your complaint, huh?

See..apparently I'm stubborn and perhaps a B*TCH, But...

I would write them back and tell them that their suggestion did not address my problem, that there must be a programming glitch on their end, and when can I expect the 50 points to be credited to my account?

It just seems to me that too many people don't stand up to them and just let their inappropriate responses be the final word. Be firm yet tactful.

AND it has been THREE WEEKS since I joined Snapfish and NO POINTS for that either...told them about THAT TOO!
