| My Points problem Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. Back on December 12th I got an email stating that I could earn 625 points. The email said "Complete the personal profile survey and we'll give you 50 Points. Continue on and complete the personal interests survey to earn an additional 75 Points for a total of 125 Points. As a special bonus, we'll give you an extra 500 Points for completing both surveys. That's a grand total of 625 Points." The 50 & 75 points would appear in my account overnight, which they did and the 500 points were supposed to appear in 20 business days, which they have not. I have emailed member care twice, Jan. 9th and Jan. 14th. Both times I got automated responses stating that someone would respond within 48 hours, no response. Anyone else get this email and not get their 500 points? Really want the 500 as it would give me enough to get another Home Depot card. Any advice? Thanks Lemongirl

| Lemongirl, i did not get that email (bummer - wish I would have), but my question is do you still have that email? Fortunately I have always gotten responses from MyPoints so I would just either continue emailing them and forward the offer is possible or you can always try calling them.Try these numbers from a previous thread: 888-262-4528 ext.2332 "Member Care" 888-333-6260 Good luck!

| Thanks for your advice Ttulipss. Yes, I do still have the email, I wanted to keep it until I got the 500 points. I will call them and see what they have to say. I wonder if they are having problems or cutting staff since I haven't gotten a reply and Max seems to be moving very little these days. Hope they don't go under! Lemongirl |

| I've noticed that everyone seems to give up in e-mailing as soon as they get the automated response and hear nothing further. If you don't receive an e-mail response in 48 hours, reply to the auto-response and request a status....I have never had a problem doing this. You have to keep on them...It has NEVER come to point where I have had to call them - everything has been resolved by stern e-mails and follow through. And being a MyPoints member since '97, I've had my share of problems with them.... Karen W. |
