Okay...after waiting a few days and the points still not posting I went back and read the email they sent me again. They said they are working "internally and with Nextcard" to correct the problem and that I need to fax my statement to MyPoints (something I overlooked before). I find this a little confusing, considering I can check my statement online, which means Nextcard obviously has a record of the points I "should have earned" by now. I just wonder why MyPoints cannot get the information directly from the credit card company. Has anyone else received this request, or has the problem been corrected without faxing them a copy of your credit card statement?
