Milesource shopping points

Has anyone ever not been credited for shopping points at Milesource? I've never had a problem until recently. They have nothing on their site about it and I wonder if you could ever even prove you went through their site to shop?

Try this.....Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and click on Contact Member Services. You'll get a pop-up window where you can enter all the details to send to Milesource's customer service.
