I'm sorry you're having these problems. Personally I haven't had any problems with MyPoints and just really like their program, other than the decline of point opportunities over the past year or so.... I found this number in another post........888-262-4528. Good luck! I would get whatever type of reference info you can on MyPoints submitting for the WebCertificate and try calling WC again.

WOw I'm sorry you're having such trouble w/ My Points. They're the ONLY web based rewards program I do now, as I've found them to be honest and reliable for the most part. Prizes are almost always sent w/in a month or so at the outset. I would definetly call them, just a word of caution...be polite. People have commented over and over on the board that when you use a calm voice tone and lots of pleases and thank you's you get a lot farther with these folks.

I will try to call on January 2nd, being very polite! I did try calling a few minutes ago and it just rang and rang. I was surprised that there was no answer machine, but who knows, maybe they started celebrating early? THANKS again!!!

I am getting NOWHERE with MyPoints via email. I have gotten TWO MORE "pass-the-buck" emails from them telling me to contact WebCertificates. I DID call WC one more time and of course I got the same answer from them..MyPoints NEVER contacted them re: a WC for me. I tried calling BOTH numbers with no success yet..but will KEEP trying!! THANKS for your encouragement and help, everyone!

hi vieprivee!. i had a bitter exp. eith mypoints too. on 31 they disabled my accont when i wanted to cash out. my points expired on 31 .i have been sanding mails & trying their num, but nothing worked yet.

I hope you can get this worked out quickly. I also cashed out for a webcertificate in the beginning of Dec - had it in about 10 days. This sounds like your redemption slipped through the cracks - hopefully someone will be able to get it straightened out for you quickly. The number I have for them is not toll free, but it should get you some answers. Try (415) 676-3700 (this is in San Francisco, but I seem to remember that they work on East Coast hours). Good luck! |

I called and actually got through! I was very polite and explained my problem and I was told that there was NO RECORD of my cashing out! They said that they would look into it and email me in a few days. I SURELY HOPE they figure this one out, as I would hate to lose my WC! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP HERE!!
