Milesource rewards problem

I finally broke 2000 points and wanted to redeem it for some Hollywood Video movie rental voucher. But when I tried to cash in, I kept getting this:

We need your complete information so that we can properly process your award.
Please update your information.
My information automatically came up when I got to the Cash In screen and everything was correct. When I hit continue, it took me back to the home page and my points were still there.

I tried this several times and also tried for Blockbuster rentals, with the same results.

Has anyone been able to cash out at Milesource?

Did you have exactly 2,000 points? I have cashed out a couple of times with no problems, but have heard that you need to have at least 10 points over the amount you need to cash out for some reason. I have always been over the required amount so never had a problem.

I think you have to have a little more than 2000 to cash out....maybe 10 points! Good luck

I had 2030 points when I tried to cash out. The movie rentals were worth 2000 points.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. I made sure I had more than enugh points and still it wouldn't work. I finally e-mailed them. They told me their experts said everything was working just fine and to try again. I did and magically it was working fine again. Try to e-mail them and maybe you will luck out too.
