hi! folks guess what??. i just tried to log in to my mypoints account to redeem my points & i get the meaage that my account has been disabled. is this last minute stra.. to prevent peop[le from redeeming their points as my points will expire tomorrow??

If there is no REASON to disable your account (e.g.Kat's comments re: illegal links, dual accounts,etc) I would definetly call them. That really is bad business to do to honest users. Sometimes (I've found,) if you complain in a polite but whiny way, they'll even comp you for your trouble with a few hundred points. Good luck!

Good luck hope ![]() I too cannot comment on the my points expiring .. as i have more time but the only reason i can think of is as kat stated .. illegal use of my points ! Hope you work it out ~ and let us know what happens after you talk to them

yes, you can only have one acct. per household. if they find two or more, sometimes they will disable one acct (usually they keep the one that was first set up). rhea |

MyPoints disabled my account. They never contacted me or gave an explanation. Finally called and was told by CS that I would have to fax a copy of a picture ID (passport or DL) . You can black out all but name & DOB. I wasn't too happy about it, but I finally did it because I didn't want to lose my hard earned points! In about a week, they sent an email that my account was restored. I'll bet they will ask you to send your ID. Don't feel like you are being singled out. ... |

thank you everybody!.i havent heard from mypoints yet. send them numerous emails & tried to contact them on the number posted here but to no avail. i would keep trying though.... shelleybear could u give me the number of mypoints - u contacted them . i would really apprecaite that . thanx |
