Mypoints account disabled?

Has anyone gone through Mypoints accounts being disabled? My Mom just tried to log into her account and it was disabled? Any clue as to what may be going on? Thanks!

It has happened to me...either she did something wrong (i.e. entered the wrong password too many times, had a complaint, broke a rule) or someone may have tried to break into her account...stay calm and e-mail them...they are good about stuff like this or have been for me anyway...also in situations like this she will want to give them a phone number in case she has to prove who she is...
