| What's up with coolsavings? I've been tryijng to check the points in my account for the past few weeks and today, this came up: Thank you for your interest in the CoolSavings Rewards Program. Because our third-party point provider is going out of business, we have to temporarily suspend CoolPoint redemptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please be assured that we are holding your CoolPoint balance secure while we reach an agreement with another provider. Once we have straightened out the details, your CoolPoints will still be valid for redemption. Thank you for your patience. We encourage you to check back here periodically, as we hope to resume the CoolSavings Rewards Program shortly. Member Services Team This doesn't sound good. | I sent off an email to CoolSavings..expressing my concerns about not ablt to view my account, etc...and this is what they said..so maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel! We wil see.... | I gave up on them months ago when they included all those 5 point surveys in their newsletters, yet it took them forever to credit the points (and some were never credited!) I cashed out once last Christmas, for a Barnes/Noble gc...they sent me a Blockbuster gc instead (which was valued at less points! UGHH!) ... Kath ![]() |
