| Strawberry, The redemptions are not on the website yet. Prima Rewards suffered a serious database/site failure several months ago and is still recovering from it. We are rolling out sections of the site a couple at a time every week or so. Redemptions should be available in the upcoming week or weekend. The good news is unlike other rewards programs that take weeks and months to pay out, Prima Rewards has never taken more then 24 hours to purchase a redemption from our vendor (they are all delivered via e-mail) so you should have plenty of time to cash out and actually receive your reward(s) before Christmas.

| PupicZech, We've had 0 substantiated reports of points being lost in the breakdown process. One of the few items that was completely in tact with out fail was the point totals. Even better yet, because many of our points are reported by aggregators such as BeFree, Commission Junction, LinkShare, Adteractive, MetaReward, etc., we have ALL of the original raw reports provided by those and can easily research claims of missing points. As to e-mailing us, when you e-mail, you get an autoresponse back that asks you to use the support system. I don't have a single outstanding item in the support system that is in regards to missing points. If you'd like us to research this for you, we'd be glad to, but you need to go through proper channels. So far, no one has lost points as the result of the breakdown (though there have been a few unsubstantiated claims which were very easily verified as unsubstantiated by a review/audit of raw reports provided to us by the advertisers).

| I asked my development team to get the list of redemptions online for people (even though you can't order a redemption yet) so they made a quick modification to the redemption mechanisms so that those who are not members of the beta/founders group will see the redemptions. This will let you see what is available and how many points are required to get each item.
