Having trouble redeeming at milesource

Last night I had enough points to redeem for a supercertificate. Everytime I tried to redeem it, it told me I didn't have enough points I only had xx amount which was exactly what I needed to get it. I tried again this morning and it is now recognizing that I do have enough. I click on the continue button and I see on the bottom that I am being taken to verify etc. Next thing I know the darn index page pops up and I still have all my points. I emailed them last night but have not heard anything so far. Is anyone else having any trouble?? Any insight would be appreciated greatly!!!

You need at least ten points beyond your redemption value to keep your account open. SO if you are cashing out for 3500 points you need at least 3510. I learned this from someone here at DOD!

I tried again this evening and it is still doing the same thing. I have 25 points more than what I am redeeming so I guess my perpetual cloud of bad luck is hanging in.

I have had good luck redeming my AM for GC's. I havn't had any luck when I have to write them, they almost never answer my mail to them. I have redeemed a lot of AM for GC's and have eaten out a lot for free. Good luck. I hope you get the problem worked out.
