memolink question

has anyone else had any trouble with memolink? every time I go to log in I get a diagnostic error was wondering if it is my end or theirs????

Working fine for me just now. Probably a temporary thing on their end. Diagnostic errors are usually a "their end" problem, not something in your computer. Problems in your computer (running Windows, at least) are more likely to show as pop-up error boxes, freezes, or the dreaded blue screen of death.
