| Just got this e-mail.... Prima Rewards Announcements! More of Member's Area Rolled Out Today! After a success roll out of our registration, referral, and reactivation systems last week, we've moved forward and added several sections to our site during this week and weekend. Tell A Friend - 100 Points Available! Prima Rewards would like to introduce our Tell A Friend program which has been added to the Member's Area. You may use this section to have your referral link and a quick note sent to friends about the Prima Rewards program. To kick this new section off, we're offering 10 points each for the first 10 friends you tell about Prima Rewards program through the new system. Prima Rewards never engages in spam and will respect the privacy of you and your friends. When you tell a friend through this page, you can be confident that Prima Rewards will not send additional messages to your friend or sell their name or e-mail address. Visit Points Return! We're pleased to report that we've added Visit Points back to the Member's Area at Prima Rewards. While we continue to test and observe the new system as well as ramp up our advertising efforts, we're currently limiting visits to 3 sites per day. As we sell through our inventory and collect enough data and pass audits on the visit system, we'll begin increasing the number of sites that a member is allowed to visit daily. Roll Out Will Continue As we originally announced when we started the reactivation process and rolling out the Prima Rewards program again, we are proceeding cautiously and will be observing each system for a short period of time before rolling out the next. Our current time frame (though this may change) should have all point and referral totals and counts online no later then next weekend and redemption mechanisms online no later the week following that (2 weeks). | I have a question about Primarewards. I joined and refered people that use my computer and when the referals went out they came to my e-mail address. Can people that use the same computer join ? Is Primarewards reliable? Do they send the rewards? |

| GrannySarms, If I may answer directly . I'm Scott A. Hammond, Sr., CEO of Prima Internet, Inc., the company that operates Prima Rewards. Of course I'm hoping that others in this forum will stand up and describe their personal experiences so you don't have to take my word for it, but I thought I'd offer our official response as well.1. Multiple people within the same household or computer may join and use our program, however, some offers are available on a "per unique" or "per household" basis. Visit points is a good example. While we allow each person to visit 3 sites per day currently, we have instituted a maximum of 5 sites per unique computer, so if 3 people in a household were using it, only 5 sites could be visited total among the 3. 2. We have a policy of sending our rewards by the end of the next business day. Since all of our rewards are "e-mailable", you get them pretty much instantly (within 1 business day). In our history, we've never missed sending a reward within 1 full business day and only had 1 occassion where an end used complained of not getting it and turns out that particular reward provider was having problems fullfiling rewards on time (Flooz), however, we had purchased the reward within our normal policy (1 business day). Unfortunately, we can't control how long it takes the various providers (such as Amazon.com) to actually send the e-mail code to you, however, we've found most of them reliably send the codes out within a few hours. | I try my best to monitor these boards and have always made myself available to users wanting to discuss our program. Just be aware that I may not see a reply out here in a timely manner (or at all for that matter), so if I don't respond, please don't take it as not answering. Just drop me a line and alert me to the thread and we'll be out here first chance we get ![]() My e-mail is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] I do ask of course that general support matters go through my member services staff (1 guy right now) via the Support link in your member's area, when possible, but am always available to answer more broad questions like the state of our program, etc., take suggestions, and to resolve any issues that our member services may not be able to.
